I am Mark Lowry, a Holistic Health Coach based in Ireland. I help busy people, sedentary workers, over-50s, and those recovering from setbacks rebuild their health through simple movement, ergonomics, nutrition, and practical daily habits. My approach is calm, clear, and results-driven. No fads. No fluff. Just tools that work.
Why I Do This
A car accident and years of muscle imbalance taught me how fragile the body can feel—and how powerfully it can recover with the right methods. I turned that experience into the ESH philosophy so that ordinary people can rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence without complicated routines or expensive equipment.
